The vibration and impact caused by the retainer and the rolling element can be generated regardless of the type of grease. It is more likely to occur when the torque, load, or radial clearance is large.
A, improve the retainer;
B, select a bearing with a small clearance or apply a preload to the bearing;
C. Reduce the moment load and reduce the installation error;

Continuous beep "hush..."
The no-load operation of the motor produces a sound similar to that of a buzzer, and the motor is abnormally vibrated in the axial direction. When the motor is turned on or off, it has a "click" sound.
Multiple lubrication conditions are not good. In winter, the motor with multiple ball bearings is used at both ends. This is mainly due to unstable vibration caused by axial vibration when the shaft alignment performance is not good.
A. Use grease with good lubrication properties;

High-frequency, vibrating sound "dada ....."
The frequency of sound changes with the rotational speed of the bearing, and the waviness of the part surface is the main cause of noise.
A. Improve the surface quality of the bearing raceway and reduce the waviness amplitude;
B. Reduce bruising;
C. Correct the clearance preload and coordination, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the accuracy of the shaft and bearing assembly.
After the bearing operates, the temperature exceeds the required range.
A. Too much grease, lubricant resistance increases;
B. The internal clearance is too large due to excessive clearance;

When you use the bearing to rotate the rotor, feel the impurities and hindrance in the bearing.
